Walking Netball

Walking Netball is a modified version of netball that's played at a walking pace. It's a fun, safe, and inclusive program that's suitable for all fitness levels, ages, and abilities.
Walking Netball is a low-impact exercise that involves walking instead of running or jumping. It's a great way to stay active and social, and to improve your health and well-being. Walking Netball can help you regain and maintain motor skills, improve balance and coordination, and increase strength and flexibility. It's a great opportunity to make friends or spend time with old friends.

We celebrate the stories, culture and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders of all communities who also work and live on this land.
